Cancellation Policy

Appointments rescheduled OR cancelled with less than 48 hours of notice will be charged 50% of scheduled service price. Appointments rescheduled or cancelled with less than 12 hours of scheduled service will be charged 100% of the service. No exceptions. **Sick Policy- If you are cancelling after the 48 hour mark due to illness, please let Clover know as soon as possible. Your appointment time will become available to others. If your slot is taken by someone else, you will not be charged the cancellation fee. If your slot is taken, congrats, you are off the hook. ~Bad Weather policy-- If the Portland bus system is up and running, the cancellation fee stays in full effect. If your appointment is being cancelled due to the weather, you will receive a text and/or email from Clover about rescheduling your appointment. If you do not receive a text, your appointment is still on. Having more than 3 cancellations in the span of 1 year will result in the client being unable to book with Clover any further. Cancellations are the responsibility of the client. Failure to correctly cancel will result in the previously stated fees. Please see the contact page on how best to get in contact with Clover.
